In this active learning experience, participants will learn how to create bioplastics and biocomposites from food waste. During this workshop, they will explore the different types of bioplastics and bio-based binders, as well as their potential applications in packaging, decoration, interior design and architecture. We will combine food waste with bio-based binders to create unique and sustainable materialities.
