We start with a lovely brunch or merienda and using simple processes and materials we convert food waste into functional products you can take home. We then move to a circular economy training with a regenerative twist; transforming waste into an opportunity.

We will explore how to achieve big cost savings monthly through circular and regenerative practices, and during the tour you will meet local vendors and shop plastic-free, waste-free, quality, and locally sourced (for the most part).
